I had my wax today and it was honestly the best experience yet. Kacey used a new type of wax that was as close to pain-free as you can get — something I never thought I’d say about a wax! I was so much more relaxed than usual throughout the treatment. As always, the whole experience was fantastic, really relaxing, and done with so much care and professionalism. I always look forward to my visits with Kacey and today was no exception. Thank you so much — highly recommend!

First time I have been to No 37 and I have booked again! Excellent experience. I had the intimate wax which can be a bit nerve wracking. However, the treatment was done by Lois who made me feel extremely welcome and relaxed! She was lovely to chat during the experience and she has done a fabulous job. Thank you Lois! Lilly is my go to! She did a fantastic job as per , bikini leg and armpit wax package, eyebrow wax and tint and nails. Nails are staying really well even on holiday and she always does my brows the best - can always rely on her lily to keep the shape and thickness how I like. Also - just lovely to chat to lily! She always makes it a lovely experience coming to the salon. Full stars from me :-)

Once inside the studio it is bright and very clean. I was warmly welcomed and made to feel very relaxed and at ease. Everything was explained. The actual waxing was almost painless. I do recommend this place and would definitely return.
