I’ve had a Hollywood wax before but this was my first time with Harps. I felt really comfortable during my appointment and it didn’t hurt as much as I thought it was! She was very gentle, would recommend!!

"Got to sing this gals praises 110% she so lovely & thorough! She had microscopic glasses on trying to get a hair out my chin I could feel but she couldn't see. She said unless you want to do a naked cartwheel once you leave after a bikini wax I haven't done my job." I’ve been having my laser sessions with Safa and I’ve had such a lovely experience so far! 🤍 Safa is genuinely so kind and professional. She always makes me feel at ease during my appointments. I really appreciate how she takes her time during each session. She always makes sure I know what to expect and how to look after my skin afterwards. The clinic is always spotless, comfortable and has such a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve noticed a good difference since starting my sessions and I’m so happy with my progress. I have problematic skin which includes large pores, pigmentation and mixture of oily and dry areas. Maya provided a soothing, theraputic facial and shoulder massage, also applying pressure to the lymphatic areas. Maya explained the issues I had and recommended key products to help with hydration and general repair of my skin. She did not force me to buy shop products and instead encouraged me to research products that i would be comfortable with. Thank you Maya!

Yesterday was my last laser session with practitioner Safa and honestly, I could not be happier with the results. Safa has been extremely accommodating and caring throughout the whole process. Any questions I had she answered within minutes on whatsapp or in person. She eased all my concerns and doubts about the laser treatment in itself. I genuinely believe she provided an excellent service even her attention to detail was immaculate. I could not recommend her more!!!
