I had a great experience at the salon! Queen did my rinsage and she was so gentle and professional .. the color turned out perfect. Sukina did my blow dry and curls, and I absolutely loved the final look. Both ladies were kind, skilled, and made me feel pampered. Definitely coming back!

The stylist Dileep is amazing and incredible as always. I prefer & continue to choose him. However, I would like to provide a feedback to the Management. I just came to know through another friend who goes to the same Spa that they provide discounts not only through Fresha but also for Fazaa card holder. There has been times, where I asked for discount as I have been visiting this spa for more than 3 to 4 years and I was told that there is only Fresha discount. Now that I came to know about Fazaa card discount, I am questioning this Spa's policy on Loyalty & retaining regular customers.

My experience at the salon was great! The staff are very friendly and I had a lovely head, back and shoulder massage while I did my mani/pedi. The salon was very clean and spacious. My experience with the booking through Fresha wasn't as great... the promotions on the site were not available at the salon - luckily they offered 15% discount with Fazaa - and the directions to the salon on the website are completely off - get directions from Google instead!

Got a haircut with Noor, she was great! She did a great job with the cut. The service was very friendly and the front desk was also welcoming. The only thing I would ask is the hairdressers can please apply hair protection before applying any type of heat to the hair. Otherwise, will be back soon!

I've been coming back and forth to this salon since pandemic times. I love the staff, ambiance and of course the reasonable prices of the services and the amazing service as well that the staff are giving me all the time. Had such a great experience at the salon today! Yasmeen was super sweet and welcoming—her waxing was quick, gentle, and totally painless. The room was super clean too. Rona did an amazing manicure, always smiling and so fun to chat with—she really lifts the mood! And big thanks to Fatime for the hair treatment and cut—she was so patient with my curly hair and knew exactly what to do. The whole team was lovely and made me feel so comfortable. Definitely coming back again! 💖

I had a great experience getting my beard styled at this salon. The staff was professional, friendly, and really knew what they were doing. The barber took his time to shape my beard exactly how I wanted, and the result was clean, sharp, and stylish. The place was also very clean and relaxing. Definitely coming back—highly recommend!
