This is my third visit with Krystal and all three appointments have exceeded my expectations! Such a kind and thorough technician, very clean studio and very intentional with clients wants and needs. She customises the lash sets to best accentuate your eye shape and always makes sure to achieve the desired look. Super happy with the outcome and her overall service. Krystal is amazing always makes me feel welcomed and taken care of. She knows what she’s doing and always makes me feel beautiful when I leave. I trust nobody else with my eyebrows and lashes only Krystal, she makes me smile and laugh. Always enjoy my visits with Krystal. She continues to do an amazing job with my lashes! Loved my leg massage. My legs and feet felt so relaxed and light. You must try it ladies or any of her massages as an added self care treat with your lashes. Thank you Krystal!

I had an AMAZING neck and shoulder massage, thank you Krystal! Honestly it was sooo blissful and relaxing and I felt fab afterwards, throughout the whole day. You must have one ladies, it's a must! And of course my lashes were perfect!

Amazing as always! I have been going to Krystal for over 8 years now and have never looked back. Super gentle when applying lashes & my eyes have never stung or reacted to a set. Lashes stay on for a good 3-4 weeks easy. The quality of lashes as well are soft that it doesn’t irritate my eyes. She is also very accommodating if you have a late booking as well :) 10000% recommend if you are looking to try lashes or if you are looking for a new lash tech Her studio is also super calming and relaxing, I always fall asleep during my lash appointment because the bed is comfy as well ☺️

I'm happy with my lashes. These lash sets have become my most favorite. I chose the Classic style with a wispy look, and Krystal did a fantastic job. She's very patient, attentive to your needs, and provides exceptional care throughout the process. Unlike other lash technicians I've tried, Krystal achieves the natural look I'm going for. I'm truly grateful for her service and highly recommend her.
