Thanks for the great deep tissue massage Indy. Highly recommended for anyone preparing for any running event, as my self a keen runner managed to stay injury free last year thanks to the combination of deep tissue and sports massages. Indy's deep tissue massage are the best. She can easily detect areas of focus and has the ability to apply the right amount of stress to relax and release the muscle. Found her service during my pregnancy and since then I have gone every few months to get a full body massage. Thank you Indy!

The Swedish massage is devine. Both times I had were so relaxing and Indy was focused on my problematic area particularly and after each massage, I felt so much better. Definitely this spa is my favourite place in South London.

Such a wonderful 2 hours this morning. It was so relaxing, probably the best massage I have ever had. Indy listened to what my issues were and concentrated on where she felt the tension and issues. Highly recommend and will be booking another one next month.

By far the best pregnancy massage I have ever had. I’ve been suffering from Sciatica this pregnancy and despite a number of massages by pain has got progressively worse until today. It felt like Indy could feel my pain and worked on specific areas to help loosen areas that needed it. I booked for another appointment there and then. Feel so lucky to have found this place.

Great massage. Some new techniques I had not experienced before. Kate was awesome in identifying the problem areas and working on them. Felt like I was getting a traditional Thai massage with a twist of deep tissue and tinge of holistic touch.
