I had an excellent massage and facial today with Ann. My shoulders and neck were very tensed when I arrived, but they feel much more relaxed now - and my skin feels amazing. I had an incredible experience with Lek, who provided one of the best full body Thai oil massages I’ve ever had. Located conveniently on the high street in Canton, the massage studio is clean, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. Lek was extremely professional and attentive throughout the entire session. She took the time to check in regularly to ensure I was comfortable and that the pressure was just right. Her technique blended traditional Thai massage with oil work, offering both deep relaxation and therapeutic benefit. Thank you Lek.

Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
