I hadn't been to a hair salon in 15 years! Chloe made everything amazing, we came up with ideas and agreed with steps and colours and chloe was so lovely. Had a lush head massage while washing my hair, that was so nice. Absolutely love my hair!

What a wonderful experience I had today at the sanctum wellbeing. I had the essential oil facial and head massage with neck back and shoulder massage. The room is so cosy, comfortable and beautiful. I was so relaxed, could have stayed there all day. Louise is so friendly, calming and a fantastic therapist. Can’t wait to try the other treatments on offer x

I had a wonderful cranial massage by Camille who was warm, friendly, put me at ease at once and provided the best therapy I have ever experienced! My tense neck and shoulder muscles finally began to relax after months of stress and the head and face massage was truly healing. Tried the poultice and naval candling- both so lovely! The poultice massage offers something different for the muscles in your arms and legs. Equally the naval candling is so much more than that, massage, a mask and a head massage while the mask is on

This place is utterly AMAZING!!!! I just had my second massage today with Pui (I ask for her now always!) she is not only so good at getting rid of all the tension and stress in my body, but so friendly & warm! Honestly so worth the money (I’m originally from London and this is better than any massage I’ve had there!) don’t hesitate to go!

I found Emily by chance online & am so pleased I did. I wasn't sure which treatment to have so once we'd gone through all the necessary allergy/medical questions, Emily went through the various treatments that would be most beneficial to me as it was my first visit. She really is the sweetest & most patient & very knowledgeable. I chose a facial peel treatment & it's the best, most thorough I've ever had. Was definitely worth the journey from Chepstow to Cardiff. Have now booked for my daughter & will be rebooking for myself. Can't recommend Emily enough x

Had a face and Indian massage that was so relaxing and relieved stress and tension. Calm and tranquil environment. Sadie is professional and has a calming personality. Also had micro needling for stubborn cellulite and due to loosing 6 stone needed a skin pick me up. Amazing service and will be going back for more. More micro needling next month to see further great results xxx

I had such a lovely experience with Camille! I went back for a back massage and cupping, and it was exactly what I needed. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived, and her technique was incredible. So relaxing but also really effective at working out tension.
