Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Another great experience with Camille. This was my first massage with her and it was brilliant, she understood my bodies response and also checked in with me regularly. She also weaved in some work with acupressure points and cupping which I really enjoyed.

Filipino was fantastic in guiding us today on our use of the recovery Lounge as it was our first time visiting. He explained what we were doing and the benefit it would provide us. He was very supportive and motivating when it came to the ice bath that I was apprehensive to do. Also we were shown around the centre and given information on booking and memberships Great experience will definitely be back again. Thanks

Lovely treatment! From start to finish Camille was so warm professional and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. The session was excellent and I’ve never experienced that quality of care before, even the simple touch of a bottle of water make such a difference and I will definitely be returning, and recommending.
