Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Amy is amazing! 😍 I had a Gel pedicure which was lovely! (There's lots of colour choices!) and then got an aromatherapy massage which felt sooo good, very relaxing! Just what I needed to treat myself during a stressful time. 🥰💓

I always visit ND skin clinic when I arrive into Manchester from New York where I currently live. My skin started off dry and dehydrated and after the hydra facial My skin was glowing! My sister told me it took 5 years off My face! Highly recommend

Amazing! I booked a deep tissue massage not sure what I actually needed. Sat with Jordanne, explained the problem, she asked if I’d ever had a deep tissue massage before, which was no, so she advised a mixture of a deep tissue and Swedish massage. I walked in like a coiled spring and 1 hour later left feeling like the weight of the world had been lifted off my shoulders and all tension in my back was gone. Jordanne is truly wonderful.
