Getting a massage from Tracey is my favourite form of self care! She really takes the time to understand what sort of treatment you want in the consultation, and makes sure throughout that you feel amazing. I visited Tracey after running the half marathon, and my poor sore body felt so good afterwards! I highly recommend treating yourself to a 90 minute full body experience if you can - from foot to head to hand it was bliss all over!

I have been coming to Tracey for years now for back and shoulder issues from my job and she is amazing. Such a lovely kind person who always goes above and beyond and really takes the time to listen to you and make sure she’s dealing with any issues you may have. Couldn’t recommend her enough I will never go elsewhere!

Second time with Tracey now and I find the massage so helpful and the experience gives me exactly what I need. The environment is like a sanctuary. Before, during and after massage Tracey is constantly checking in and adjusting. She has great anatomical knowledge which meant I felt improvement in my shoulder injury, which has been at a plateau for around 6 months, after one session so I am booking in for a course. Highly recommend!
