I received the most exceptional facial today and was blown away by the attention to detail and quality of care. Rhianon customised each step to suit my skin concerns, and the added services — including a heavenly shoulder/neck massage, a hydrating mask, and warm towel therapy — took the experience to the next level. The room was calming, the products smelled amazing, and the results were immediate. My skin feels soft, refreshed, and visibly brighter. A five-star experience from beginning to end.

A return visit to stunning new premises in Bailey Centre. Kiara and her staff are just lovely and really know their stuff. Previous treatments have held up really well after 4 years, which is really saying it all about the quality of their services - I’ll be back!!

Amazing!!!! There is always uncertainty in trying somewhere new, but I immediately felt comfortable and that I made the right choice coming here. The space is so calming and welcoming, Shan is absolutely lovley and fantastic in what she does. The 45 min remedial was hands down the best massage I have had! it sorted the stiffness and sore points but left me feeling so relaxed. The perfect combination. Thank you so much 🙏

I've been going to The Body Palette for a few years now and each time I leave I feel relaxed and refreshed. I love that she offers lots of different treatments so I can just go to the one place. Rhiannon is so lovely and I love the little personal touches she puts into her treatments. Can't wait for my next appointment for my nails :)

Such a calm beautiful space, Rhianon is so welcoming and makes you feel extremely comfortable. Lashes are amazing and there is no one else I would see for any of my beauty needs.
