I had little experience with Breathwork and found myself nervous about what to expect during the session. When I arrived, Mel was incredibly welcoming and opened her beautiful space so I felt comfortable. She explained everything that would happens or that could happen throughout the process. During the process I felt safe and ‘held’ and it went much quicker than I expected. I loved every minute of it and can't wait to do another one.

My experience at Spa Elements is always uplifting from the moment you walk in and until you walk out the door you are made to feel so special after an out of this world experience with the Elements of nature used for the way you are feeling on the day and a facial by hands of a goddess 😀 and wonderful transforming tunes to take you away out into the atmosphere.. truly an amazing 👏 experience everytime I've been.. very grateful 🙏 to have this special place ❤️ to unwind relax and be pampered.. thank You ❤️
