I absolutely love Refined Recovery & Wellness! The magnesium pools are amazing, the sauna helps me relax and reset, and the compression boots are seriously addictive. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, clearer, and full of energy. The space is always clean, calming, and welcoming. I’ve made it a regular part of my routine because it just makes me feel so good. So grateful for this place — it’s honestly the best part of my week! 💙

Amazing!!!! There is always uncertainty in trying somewhere new, but I immediately felt comfortable and that I made the right choice coming here. The space is so calming and welcoming, Shan is absolutely lovley and fantastic in what she does. The 45 min remedial was hands down the best massage I have had! it sorted the stiffness and sore points but left me feeling so relaxed. The perfect combination. Thank you so much 🙏

Such a calm beautiful space, Rhianon is so welcoming and makes you feel extremely comfortable. Lashes are amazing and there is no one else I would see for any of my beauty needs.

I had such a wonderful experience! The facial left my skin feeling so fresh, glowing, and hydrated. The lash extensions look absolutely stunning—natural but with the perfect amount of volume. Everything was done with so much care and attention to detail, and the whole treatment felt relaxing from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend all services!

I had my lashes and brows done today and I’m absolutely loving them! They look so full but also natural, and the shape is perfect. Rhianon nailed my brows ♡ The treatment itself was really relaxing and I walked out feeling amazing. Definitely will be a loyal returning customer!

AMAZING as usual!!!

A great space to gain the therapeutic benefit of contrast pools and sauna. Haven't tried the other services yet. Friendly staff. Grateful to have Refined and their services in Coffs Harbour. Just missing a private shower to have a proper wash off after the chlorine.

Refined Recovery & Wellness has exceeded my expectations from the luxury design & well planned layout of the establishment to the variety of services available at a reasonable price. My first experience was a bundle including the magnesium pools, sauna & compression…Fantastic experience! I will be back, this is exactly what Coffs Harbour needed…Well done guys!
