I really enjoyed my time there today-everything was verycosy (although the main area was locked given that there was an issue with it), they accommodated us in a smaller place which was also very cosy. I spent 1 and a half hours there. I would definitely be visiting again-just one comment if I may-perhaps the price could be reduced to £30 as I just used the sauna and had a few bucket showers. It was funnnn-tastic though :) I feel refreshed!!!

A great sauna spot in London, offering an intense and authentic banya experience. The heat is excellent, and the cold plunge is the best I’ve done in the UK. Recommend stopping by!

Fabulous! Things have improved SO much since my birthday visit. The waiting staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The tablets for ordering food and drinks were great (so nice not to have to have our phones with us), and having a robe available between sauna visits made a big difference - a luxurious and unexpected touch that we really appreciated! The Parenie was also the best we've had - much firmer, so felt doubly invigorating. Thank you all for a lovely afternoon!

The lady who steamed up the sauna really cared for users, checking frequently and keeping the smile and asking if customers need anything from a towel change to order something before the kitchen closed. Great Borscht = double medicine in one go! Thank you!

We did parenie - It’s an experience! I felt my mitochondria had a revival festival after that . Oh and the food was delicious! Definitely recommend to visit this place as the type of steam is different from all other well known saunas.

I had an amazing time here. Marcella gave me a great deep tissue massage and all of the other staff were super attentive and helpful. Was a great experience and very different to other sauna/steam rooms. I’ll definitely return!

Simply excellent ! Fantastic, helpful and professional staff, lovely ambience and clean / well maintained facilities. Excellent good sauna and treatments, all amazing, and to top it all off, a great selection of traditional food and drink. My second visit and would totally recommend a visit.

Thank you very much for a fantastic afternoon. We were looked after by the staff with care and professionalism. We had sauna, parenye, massage, and lovely tea. We treated ourselves to borsch, pirogi and honey comb cake. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable afternoon.

Different variation on sauna and plunge.. like the cold bucket shower and the extra treatments.. perhaps a tad expensive as £175 per person off peak for private spa..

Delicious food, good customer service. Only downside this time was that it was very busy and often the sauna door had to be left open to refresh the room after multiple people were having treatments inside which meant the sauna was losing heat a lot.

Fantastic time with the Latvian Sauna master and her amazing ceremonies. Bring her back again!

A little rushed at the end, the table was cleared of remaining drinks 10 minutes before end of the sessions and less staff available around the sauna room.

Made very welcome in my first visit. Lovely evening in the sauna and plunge. All clean and tidy despite an end of day session. Many thanks.

Amazing experience a Banya No1, staff was welcoming and informative, we were given everything we needed sauna hats, fresh towels, the sauna and plunge were very clean, and the atmosphere was calming. Perfect way to relax, we will be back!

Excellent staff that really made the experience! Super friendly and helpful. Also definitely worth eating at the restaurant with a great menu of Russian food and drinks. Loved the infusion sauna with the aroma therapy oil. Really enjoyed it and will be back
