A great gym that is clean and has fantastic equipment. The gym has a very friendly atmosphere and importantly, as a woman, is not intimidating. The coaches and trainers are top-rate and I can see and feel the difference in my strength and energy levels. W

The personal trainer Joe is great. He answers all questions with such knowledge and explains the benefit of carrying out certain exercises when using weights, such as leg and knee stabilization, strength and balance of the body. Very important as I age. I also have a good laugh and just love the 'feel' of Natural Strength gym and I'm nearly 70 years old. Wendy

The p/t session with Joe was hard on the legs but very satisfying as the quads were painful to stretch and I felt as though I worked hard. thank you

On Tuesday the p/t session was legs comprising bar bell squats; lunges, hip thrusts and hamstrings and quads. All day Wednesday I could feel the muscles had a great workout on the legs. So the session was great! thank you

I enjoy the personal trainer sessions with Joe. I feel stronger and have more energy thanks to the p/t sessions with Joe and then attending Natural Strength gym four or five times a week for cardio workouts and then strength training. I'm very happy.

The P/T sessions are great as during the P/T session I am pushed to my limit with the weight measurement and the number of repetitions undertaken, e.g. 40 kg weight x 20 repeats x 3. My body is so much stronger and bone density has increased! Thank you Natural Strength! Wendy

Enjoyed the PT session very much - when I had finished that is - as I worked quite hard and was dripping with sweat! Never would work at such an intensity if I was training by myself so PT sessions are great and you realize the level you can achieve when coached/coerced!

Great workout. Enjoyed the tuition and advice relating to alternate exercises for upper body (shoulders, biceps and back). Sometimes using hand weights is easier on the hands!
