I’ve had a lot of massages in my life, but my 2-hour full body deep tissue massage with Em was absolutely incredible. The business itself is so lovely, and I felt at ease the moment I stepped through the door. Em took the time to ask about my aches and pains and really listened. Throughout the session, she worked deeply and with so much care on the problem areas, and I could actually feel the knots melting away. By the end, I felt like I was 10 years younger—lighter, looser, and completely renewed. Em puts in real effort and skill, and it shows. I will definitely be back again!

I had a great experience today and I’m extremely happy with the treatment I received. She immediately made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything very clearly throughout the session. I had a lot of tension in my back, shoulders, and neck, and after just one appointment I already felt a real difference. We worked on several painful tension points, and although I know this is a process that will require more sessions, today’s treatment already helped me a lot. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.

I had the most beautiful lymphatic drainage treatment with Rachel. Even just from stepping into her stunning treatment space it surpassed expectations. I don't know how to sum it up, but it was therapy for the mind, body and soul without a doubt. What a special gift Rachel has. Thank you for holding space for me and healing a little part of my soul 🙏✨ I can't wait to come back.

WOW just WOW !! I am so glad I was reccomened this place. Emma is so lovely and she gave me a massage like I have never experienced before. I have paid expense for a tai massage before but this one blew it out of the water for a fraction of the price. Emma is so thorough and caring. You have to check this place out and trust me when I say 30 minutes isn't enough, as even an hour left me wanting more. Thank you Emma. I will be back soon 🫶

Having returned to an office set-up in April where I am solely operating on a laptop without stand, my neck, shoulders and upper back were really starting to suffer. I knew that there was really only one thing for it...get ATOT on the case! Stacey fitted me in and yet again has worked her magic and all the aches and pains have gone. Can't recommend Stacey enough and particularly if back pain is an issue....best medicine ever!

Amazing every time! Felt so cared and looked after. My upper back was incredibly tight from weights and Pole fitness. After this session my muscles felt so much more relaxed. The environment is incredibly calming.

I've been going to Shim for years for a number of treatments, she is always so professional and friendly. I have a massage every month which are absolutely amazing I feel so relaxed and pampered afterwards, so much so that my husband is now having back massages too, I would recommend her to anyone.

AMAZING 🤩 STACEY HAS MASSEUSE SUPERPOWERS!🦸‍♀️ Due to various debilitating medical conditions my muscles go in to spasm repeatedly leaving me in agony, especially my back, shoulders & neck which cause cervicogenic migraines. After googling for a massage therapist close to Heswall yesterday after a really rough few days in agony ‘The Peace Retreat’ popped up via a link to Fresha, which I’ve never used before, but on reading the reviews I booked and OMG Stacey has worked wonders 🥳. I had the back,neck & shoulder tension melt & added in the Indian head massage, I’ve already booked another! 5*

Had once again the most amazing massage today at Noubalm. I can’t recommend this place enough x From the moment you walk in Vicki is there on reception with the loveliest smile and greeting to the expert staff who make you feel so relaxed and at ease . Had a fab massage today with Lynne . I just love this place and can’t wait to come back . It’s the added extras after your treatment too love the herbal teas . I had my first treatment at The Peace Retreat today, The Crown Calm Ritual. From the minute I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome and looked after so I was put at ease straight away. The treatment itself was so lovely and relaxing and I felt my tension melt away. Loved the little touches including the little goodie bag I left with, so thoughtful. I’ll be back. Thank you again!

I've always had a full body massage but have recently started to have the neck and back one which has been utterly amazing for me as I suffer from sitting at a laptop for 8-10 hrs a day. Stacey is really really really great at what she does and not only works wonders on knots etc but educates you with tips and tricks and things you can do yourself in between sessions to improve posture. Would highly recommend booking A Touch of Tranquility, I honestly think there's no ache or pain that can't be dealt with!!!!

I booked the back exfoliation treatment due to having some blocked pores and general discomfort with the skin on my back. It felt amazing, like all the impurities were being lifted from my back. Definitely recommend it to anyone who struggles with similar.

I didn’t realise just how in need of this massage I actually was! When you have a baby you automatically go in to mum mode and don’t think about yourself or how holding the baby a certain way can cause you pain. Stacey not only managed to rid my shoulders of knots and tension but she also gave me advice on having additional support when feeding the baby to relieve the pressure from my neck and shoulders. I’m so thankful and already feel a lot better! Thank you Stacey! Xx

Absolutely stunning experience from start to finish! Lymphatic drainage, Indian head massage, facial, reiki and sound healing, all of them were so relaxing and tailored just for my needs. Stacey was so lovely and kind, she eased all my stress and tension, and the reiki felt really powerful, the whole session was pure bliss. Beautiful room, and products, and an overall 10/10 star treatment. I feel so much better from it, thank you Stace, can’t rave about you enough! xx
