I always have such a relaxing experience here. He is incredibly attentive, making sure I feel comfortable throughout the entire session. I especially appreciate how he focuses on my problem areas—he’s been great at helping to relieve tension in my hips, which I’ve struggled with for a while. I had the most beautiful lymphatic drainage treatment with Rachel. Even just from stepping into her stunning treatment space it surpassed expectations. I don't know how to sum it up, but it was therapy for the mind, body and soul without a doubt. What a special gift Rachel has. I was apprehensive at first. I booked sleep deprived at 2am at a really good price, I’ve been in so much discomfort with my back for far too long. The space was very clean and professional, the welcome was warm and I felt very safe to relax. I booked the deep tissue back massage and although uncomfortable at times, (the nature of what I asked for) he has worked an absolute miracle! I don’t get massages often, however I will be booking again to try get in once a month as a treat. I rang 3 people on the way home to express how brilliant it was! Had once again the most amazing massage today at Noubalm. I can’t recommend this place enough x From the moment you walk in Vicki is there on reception with the loveliest smile and greeting to the expert staff who make you feel so relaxed and at ease . Had a fab massage today with Lynne . I just love this place and can’t wait to come back . It’s the added extras after your treatment too love the herbal teas . AMAZING 🤩 STACEY HAS MASSEUSE SUPERPOWERS!🦸‍♀️ Due to various debilitating medical conditions my muscles go in to spasm repeatedly leaving me in agony, especially my back, shoulders & neck which cause cervicogenic migraines. After googling for a massage therapist close to Heswall yesterday after a really rough few days in agony ‘The Peace Retreat’ popped up via a link to Fresha, which I’ve never used before, but on reading the reviews I booked and OMG Stacey has worked wonders 🥳. I had the back,neck & shoulder tension melt & added in the Indian head massage, I’ve already booked another! 5*

I booked the back exfoliation treatment due to having some blocked pores and general discomfort with the skin on my back. It felt amazing, like all the impurities were being lifted from my back. Definitely recommend it to anyone who struggles with similar.

I had my first treatment at The Peace Retreat today, The Crown Calm Ritual. From the minute I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome and looked after so I was put at ease straight away. The treatment itself was so lovely and relaxing and I felt my tension melt away. Loved the little touches including the little goodie bag I left with, so thoughtful. I’ll be back. Thank you again!

I haven’t been able to go for about 4 months due to healing from surgery. Today was my first session back with Serhii and I feel like A NEW WOMAN already! I have had so many massages around the Wirral due to always struggling with constant pain and poor posture, and trying to find the right person is difficult. Serhii is the perfect person for getting rid of any tension or pain. He is INCREDIBLE!! Serhii is extremely professional, knowledgeable and truly has healing hands!! I feel like a new woman from just two sessions. Also it was cold outside, he even heated my shoes for me so they were warm on my feet when I left! LITERALLY THE BEST PERSON TO EVER GO TO FOR A MASSAGE ON THE WIRRAL!!!!!! Highly recommend!! 5 star service! Thank you again!

Just wow !! Was bought a voucher for the peace retreat and Stacey was absolutely fantastic been going for massages for years and dont think ive ever come out feeling this good, literally went home and slept 12 hours straight 🤣 thank you Stacey cannot wait to book back in.

Serhii was amazing! I was a little nervous as it was my first time visiting him, but he was so professional and the overall experience was wonderful. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling very relaxed! He spoke with me afterwards about my muscles which was super helpful for me. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend! X

Amazing as usual Beth goes above and beyond to get you feeling fantastic again , I see Beth every 6 weeks and she has to work hard to get rid of the knots in my back , shoulders and neck .

Serhil is great at what he does. This was my first deep tissue massage and he made sure to check in at various points to ensure I was okay and to make any adjustments in pressure I needed. I feel fantastic afterwards and will definitely be booking back in.

An absolute amazing experience of peace, calm, and pure holistic pampering. The therapy room is beautifully decorated, with lots of calming and relaxing furniture and candles. Stacey was so calm and explained all the treatments and checked in on my comfort regularly. I would highly recommend a visit, I most definitely will be back to de stress and enjoy the peace and relaxation.
