I had a great experience today and I’m extremely happy with the treatment I received. She immediately made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything very clearly throughout the session. I had a lot of tension in my back, shoulders, and neck, and after just one appointment I already felt a real difference. We worked on several painful tension points, and although I know this is a process that will require more sessions, today’s treatment already helped me a lot. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.

Adele is amazing, professional and expert in aesthetics, such a friendly person also making myself feel at ease during the process, have been going to her for years for 1ml lip fillers, always get compliments, makes my lips perfect giving myself confidence, minimal pain during procedures and full explanation and advice before, during and after procedure, after care is spot on as well. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Jess was so welcoming and knowledgeable, giving me time to settle in and explaining all the steps. I had the express facial which left my skin feeling incredible and the Japanese head spa was gorgeous; so relaxing - my scalp has never felt better. I will definitely be coming back!

Wow! I had a hydrojelly facial with Jess and it was amazing! She was lovely, really kind and reassuring about my sensitive skin. The whole facial was so incredibly relaxing, the jelly bit was so nice! The head massage turned me to goo! There was a lovely steam and a weighted jade eye mask which was dreamy as well. I feel so relaxed and will definitely be back, thank you!

I came here for lip dissolving treatment with Adele. I couldn’t recommend her more, not only did she put me at ease and was lovely but her numbing cream was unbelievably good and I literally didn’t feel a thing! If I chose to get fillers I will definitely come back here. Thankyou!

So good I'm struggling to find the words. I've had a​ beautiful mix of Massage and Myofascia Release​ treatment today, which is the best massage treatment I've ever had. She listened to me and created something unique to me and my needs in that moment. I feel the most rested I have in a long time. I would highly recommend her to anyone who experiences headaches and/or chronic pain. I'm trying to go back before I leave Liverpool, just wish she wasn't so far away from home for me!

I had a fantastic session with Katie for shoulder pain and couldn’t recommend her more. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the start. Throughout the session, she explained everything clearly, asked thoughtful questions, and really took the time to understand my symptoms. She also gave me exercises to work on at home and sent me a detailed recap with her advice and recommendations afterwards. I felt genuinely cared for and will definitely be back for more sessions!
