I had a great experience today and I’m extremely happy with the treatment I received. She immediately made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything very clearly throughout the session. I had a lot of tension in my back, shoulders, and neck, and after just one appointment I already felt a real difference. We worked on several painful tension points, and although I know this is a process that will require more sessions, today’s treatment already helped me a lot. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.

It was my first time getting a spa and honestly from the moment I stepped in everyone made me feel so welcomed. Had once again the most amazing massage today at Noubalm. I can’t recommend this place enough x From the moment you walk in Vicki is there on reception with the loveliest smile and greeting to the expert staff who make you feel so relaxed and at ease . Had a fab massage today with Lynne . I just love this place and can’t wait to come back . It’s the added extras after your treatment too love the herbal teas . I booked the back exfoliation treatment due to having some blocked pores and general discomfort with the skin on my back. It felt amazing, like all the impurities were being lifted from my back. Definitely recommend it to anyone who struggles with similar.

I always have such a relaxing experience here. He is incredibly attentive, making sure I feel comfortable throughout the entire session. I especially appreciate how he focuses on my problem areas—he’s been great at helping to relieve tension in my hips, which I’ve struggled with for a while. Stacey was a great success looking after a group of golfers that I had staying near Liverpool - she did a huge number of massages during the week. They said she was excellent. She was quick and easy to deal with when organising and was flexible in accommodating a number of massages out of hours which hadn’t been scheduled. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone considering her services.

Absolutely gorgeous! The treatment that just kept giving I had the ultimate self care day- so worth it! I love to get massages, facials and things but never really thought about my scalp and the role it plays in my wellbeing- But I will be from now on! Felt the tension wash away from my scalp, the products smell amazing Chloe was gorgeous too and really knowledgable about needs and products etc all the girls as soon as your enter are lovely. I haven’t been able to go for about 4 months due to healing from surgery. Today was my first session back with Serhii and I feel like A NEW WOMAN already! I feel incredible with immediate relief from my shoulder pain. He is THE BEST! I have had so many massages around the Wirral due to always struggling with constant pain and poor posture, and trying to find the right person is difficult. Serhii is the perfect person for getting rid of any tension or pain. He is INCREDIBLE!! Serhii is extremely professional, knowledgeable and truly has healing hands!! I feel like a new woman from just two sessions. Also it was cold outside, he even heated my shoes for me so they were warm on my feet when I left! Every time I leave a session, I feel like a different person. I floated out this evening. His skill is incredible, but what truly sets him apart is how much he genuinely cares. Whenever I’m in pain, he always goes out of his way to fit me in, even staying late just to help. Once you are his client, he will ALWAYS look after you. I honestly can’t recommend Serhii enough. I had a facial with Laura and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. The setting was calm and relaxing, which instantly put me at ease. I had the most beautiful lymphatic drainage treatment with Rachel. Even just from stepping into her stunning treatment space it surpassed expectations.
