I have been coming to Ava for a few years now. Every treatment is amazing and she is incredible. I recently tried laser hair removal. WOW! Blew my mind and that was just after one session. I regularly go for my eyebrows and she always does an amazing job! Not only is she outstanding at her job, she is all one of the kindest and most fun people I know! If I could live in her salon, I would! Ha ha! Thank you Ava. ❤️❤️

4 weeks ago Laura did gorgeous sunflower nails which were still in great shape today when I have had them updated to fabulous greek nails and toes. Always a great time chatting with Laura and spending quality time at Prept. Highly recommend Laura and the team xxx

Fabulous service as always. The staff are really friendly and always check that you're happy with nail shape, length, colour and design as they go along. I'm so happy with my biab manicure and cute flower design.

Kate has done all my beauty treatments for over 6 years now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always knows what I want by the end of my appointment I feel so much better and happier. My nails are always perfect, along with my eyebrows and all my other treatments. We have a laugh and a good chat. Kate is very professional and her salon is beautiful 100% highly recommend Kate.

Very Happy with my eyebrows wax and tint definitely going to Charlotte again.

Booked gels with Trudi, who although is training still did a fantastic job. She checked regularly that I was happy with the shape and finish, and was clearly very keen to do a good job.

This was my first facial with Ava, having been a brows/lashes client for a couple of years. WOW! I knew it would be a real treat, and yet still exceeded my expectations.
