I have had a couple of facials off Rio. My latest one was the Deluxe Microdermabrasion. Rio is a true professional, she is very knowledgeable. She knows the answer to any skin concerns you have and how to treat them. On top of the treatment you get a neck and shoulder massage and a hand massage - they are unbelievably relaxing. My skin looks radiant and healthy. I recommend Rio’s treatments to everyone.

HOC is the best! I hold Sara their Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner in the highest regard and I wouldn't trust anyone else- I've had a few treatments now to level up & support my NHS opthamalogy eye treatment & Sara always makes me feel comfortable ,she is knowledgeable & proffessional always administers the right amount of botox to suit my needs. The salon is super friendly and the customer here is second to none. All in all five star 🌟!!

Big fan of skincare and love getting facials done regularly! Can honestly say that was the best one I’ve ever had .. Rachel tailored the treatment to exactly what my skin needed and talked me through each step. I’ve had quite a few facials with Rio now and I absolutely love them. Each treatment is so relaxing — Rio is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel at ease. The whole team at the salon is so welcoming too, which just adds to the lovely experience. Since visiting, I’ve seen big improvements with my skin and couldn’t be happier. I’ve also tried several other treatments with Rio, including body waxing, a lash lift, and my eyebrows, and I’m so impressed with everything she does. She’s such a perfectionist and it really shows in the results. I’ve already booked back in. X

I had the High Frequency Facial which was just perfect from start to finish and so relaxing, Rachel even threw in a guided meditation whilst the face mask was setting. She talks you through everything she’s going to do, you have a full skin consultation prior to the treatment too. Rachel has created such a serene atmosphere in her treatment room you feel calm before any treatment has even begun. My skin looks and feels amazing since. It’s definitely something i will have to treat myself to more often 🩷 I have also received an email containing a compete aftercare plan tailored to my skin.

Absolutely love getting my brows waxed by Rio, so much so I've moved out of area but I'll still travel an hour back so she can do my brows, because she's the best and let me tell you I've tried mannyy places! I've started working my way through her other treatments too because why not, the hours facial the most relaxing, you'll walk out feeling fresh and relaxed. I just love that Rio is so kind and patient with me even when I just can't keep still 🙈 highly recommend!

I have been coming to Ava for a few years now. Every treatment is amazing and she is incredible. I recently tried laser hair removal. WOW! Blew my mind and that was just after one session. I regularly go for my eyebrows and she always does an amazing job! Not only is she outstanding at her job, she is all one of the kindest and most fun people I know!
