Charlotte is one of the nicest lash tech and nail tech I have been to I’ve been going for a while now and she always manages to make me feel amazing throughout the session. Always laughs and conversations we have makes the time go so fast, couldn’t recommend anyone better. The vibe she brings is amazing she would let you sleep or talk throughout the whole session book in girlies with one of the most heart warming lash and beauty techs xx

I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. This was my first facial with Ava, having been a brows/lashes client for a couple of years. WOW! I knew it would be a real treat, and yet still exceeded my expectations. Ava really listens, cares and uses her professional expertise to give the best personalised experience and recognises this is your time to relax.
