This was my first time at this salon. Such a beautiful space! I am so in love with my nails and they did a fantastic job on my eyebrows too. I have went through 5 other salons since moving to the west end of Ottawa but this is the one I'll be returning to again and again. I appreciated the small talk, complimentary drinks and how sweet everyone was! 10/5 stars!

Madison was very friendly and professional. She made sure my comfort was at the forefront of the experience. She also did a great job on giving my feet a glow up after months between pedicures. I would definitely go back to Smudge if I'm back in Ottawa and need my nails done.

My experience with my massage at Beauty Gate after my tummy tuck and lipo was beyond my expectations!! Gina is very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely gentle. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire session. The place is clean and cosy, which made the experience even better. I noticed a real difference afterward and felt well cared for. I highly recommend Gina at Beauty Gate to anyone in Ottawa looking for post-surgery lymphatic massage.

This is by far the best nail bar in the city of Ottawa. Philip & his team of expert nail techs are polite, professional & inviting. The salon is immaculate & no matter who you choose & appointment with, you will be guaranteed a 5 star experience. I can’t say enough great things about this spot! I've been looking for someone who does Henna eyebrow threading and I finally found her. She is incredibly talented. My eyebrows look great every time I go there. I get lots of compliments. Plus, her customer service is amazing. The Studio is cute and clean. I highly recommend her.

Absolutely obsessed with this spa/salon! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Tammy is so friendly and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect! My nails come out flawless ever single time— amazing shape, smooth finish, and the designs are always exactly what I asked for or better! She is super detail-oriented and you can tell she truly cares about her work. I’ve gotten so many compliments! This has been my go-to spot for years now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
