The service and cleanliness in here is impressive. I had the hybrid lashes and a brow lamination treatment by Kaneesha and it was so exceptional. I had a wonderful experience at Nova. Kayleigh is professional, bubbly and all round accommodating. I had my eyebrows laminated for the first time and she talked me through each step as well as aftercare. She is gentle and friendly. I will be back soon! I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

To be honest I was nervous at first but these women made sure that I was comfortable from the second I stepped into the studio. Laying on the bed is what I would imagine laying on a cloud feels like. They were extremely gentle while working on my face, so gentle that I might have taken a much needed nap. The results honestly speak for itself. The laminated brows and tint gives me the confidence to walk around bare face. It make me feel complete. Shukran so much to all of the lovely women🫶
