The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I recently had semi permanent makeup done by Shannon and I have to say it's fantastic. Shannon is the loveliest woman and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. She is so easy to talk to which you definitely need for a long appointment. My eyebrows look amazing and I am extremely happy with the result. I will 100% recommend. Thank you so so much x

I have had numerous fantastic treatments with lovely Michael, Jazmin and Rachael, Today i had my regular hydrafacial with Michael, this is the best facial I have ever had. My skin is plump, hydrated, clear and glowing. I rarely feel the need to wear makeup now. Which is nothing short of miraculous as I so was self conscious of my skin.
