The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I am delighted with my new eyebrows! I had been concerned that the shape or the colour might be too exaggerated or just not suit me, but Bronwyn explained the process in detail and let me view the proposed shape before continuing. She also checked that I was comfortable at all times. The procedure was not at all painful- in fact I nearly fell asleep and have not experienced any soreness in the two days since it was done.
