My experience started the minute I walked in for my reflexology appointment. Very warm welcome, the temperature and ambiance was perfect. I had the warmest of welcomes and after undressing I led on a heated beauty chaise, it really was lovely to relax and listen to my body, enjoying every moment. I felt my legs finally starting to relax and I honestly felt so much better after my massage. I have booked again and will from now on put this as an important step in January 2026. 5stars

Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

Milena is absolutely amazing. I’ve had three lymphatic drainage massages with her, and each session has been exceptional. Her hands truly feel like magic, I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and lighter. She creates such a comfortable and welcoming environment, and I completely trust her care and expertise. The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I’ve had massage sessions with Steph before and they’ve always been fantastic, but during last visit she suggested I try reflexology because I struggle with water retention and often feel heaviness in my legs. I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I did. Steph has such a calm and grounding presence that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The reflexology session itself was deeply soothing, and I noticed a lightness in my legs and feet afterwards that I hadn’t felt in a while. She clearly knows her stuff!

My preteen daughter had her first ever facial with Julia at TaDah Beauty last week, and she couldn’t be happier with the experience. Julia was so kind, gentle and calm. She explained each step of the treatment and went out of her way to make my daughter feel truly special and pampered. My daughter left feeling relaxed, happy, and so proud of her “grown-up” facial! She hasn’t stopped talking about it and is already asking when she can go back to see Julia again. Highly recommend!

I’ve had several reflexology treatments with Sylvia and every single one has been amazing. Today I had my very first Swedish massage — and it was absolutely incredible! Having had massages before with a well-known company, I can honestly say today’s was by far the best. It was so relaxing and soothing from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend Sylvia to anyone looking for a truly calming and professional experience. Already looking forward to my next appointment!

I booked a 75 minute full body, face and scalp massage (via Groupon) and it was such a treat. The treatment room was cosy and relaxing, and felt completely comfortable throughout. The pressure was perfect, and particular attention was paid to the areas I'd requested beforehand. I found The Rainbow Studio by accident, but I will definitely be booking back in - I practically floated out!

I had my Super Deluxe Facial with Lorenza and I can not recommend it enough! The products used not only make your skin nourished and deep cleaned, but the smell is incredible! lets not forget about the fast that neck and shoulders massage that she did was amazing too! The whole experience was very relaxing, Lorenza was very professional as always. I will definitely be back! :) xx
