The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I had such a great experience at this Rachel Katie Cosmetics. Bronwyn is absolutely amazing — so professional, talented, and friendly. She really takes the time to listen and makes you feel completely at ease. The results are beautiful and natural, and I couldn’t be happier. The experience was excellent, with a very high level of professionalism and warm hospitality. The coffee was delicious, and the hair treatment was carried out with great care and attention. I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. In my opinion she is the best practitioner in Southampton.

Eyebrow Service Review, Marta I recently had my eyebrows done by Marta and I couldn't be happier with the result! From the moment I arrived, she was fully present and focused on me no distractions, just genuine care and attention. She made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process, taking time to listen to what I wanted and offering great advice based on my face shape. The work itself was brilliant my brows look perfectly shaped, natural, and exactly how I'd hoped they would. I've already had so many compliments on them! Would absolutely recommend Marta.
