Patsy is AMAZING!! Just moved back to London and the first lash tech I went to really damaged my lashes but Patsy fixed them seamlessly and so, so quickly!! Her set up is really cosy and she’s absolutely lovely. Will be recommending her to everyone ❤️

Really good service, and hygienic premesis. I’ve only just gotten the microblading done, so can’t comment on the full results yet, but I love the shape, it was really well done. I was given full aftercare instructions, and the product to use on my brows when they were healing. In the 5 weeks between the first, and refill treatment you are also able to WhatsApp for any advice or questions.

Had the Signature Facial with Maria at SkinTouch Crystal Palace and it was amazing. The salon is calm, clean and really relaxing. Before starting, Maria talked me through every step of the treatment so I knew exactly what to expect and could fully switch off and relax. She was friendly, professional and made the whole experience feel really comfortable. My skin felt great afterwards. Highly recommend!

Loooove, would give 6 stars if I could, not even joking! My lashes look absolutely stunning—hands down the best in London. They last for ages, and even as they gradually fall out, they still look amazing. Cece is so lovely and makes the whole experience even better 💕

I loved my experience with Delia Microblading. Delia was so warm & friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. Even though it was late and hot, she still made a huge effort to get my brow shape and colour right and had even ordered in a new pigment for my red hair. I'm really excited to see how they turn out but I love them already - thanks Delia!

Good experience as always. Kimia was lovely and so friendly. She does the best hair massage ever. I love how Her Definition products and skills really look after my natural hair. I always notice a positive difference in my hair after my HD treatments. Just a minor issue with the payment card machine at the end (the link to pay wouldn’t work) but it was resolved in the end. Always love to come here for my hair day
