I arrived late for my appointment, but the staff at Cosmo Salon and Nail Spa were incredibly accommodating. Although I couldn’t recall the name of the waxer, she was exceptionally skilled, efficient, and thorough. My pain level was practically zero, and I felt completely relaxed throughout the process. She was a perfectionist, ensuring that every hair was removed, leaving me completely satisfied. I highly recommend Cosmo Salon and Nail Spa and will definitely be returning in the future. I had the best first time experience at this salon. Very clean, welcoming, good music and the staff was very friendly. I had Soko do my nails, it was a dip manicure with tips and I paid extra for more than one color. She took her time and delivered an excellent product! My visit with Amy was stellar from start to finish! She took her time, paid great attention to cuticle care, and was so gentle and soothing throughout the appointment. I never felt rushed, and you can truly tell she loves what she does. She also convinced me to try builder gel for the first time - and she was completely right! I’m so happy with how my nails turned out. After searching for so long, I’m relieved to have finally found a nail tech I can stick with.

The service was great for my manicure and pedicure. I really love my nails. Today was my first time visiting and I reviewed their prices that they have posted online which the max was $150 for both mani and pedicure. I was really disappointed at the end during the transaction that they couldn’t print or share an invoice with me of why my bill was $258. At least, before continuing the next treatment they could’ve told me what the prices are. I looked around the salon for where the prices were visibly posted, but they had none.

Was my first time and honestly this was the best pedicure I’ve ever had! I’m normally tense when getting a pedicure because of the tech moving super fast and not paying attention that I’m always pinched or they are ruff. This was the first appointment I was able to relax and enjoy without watching my tech like a hawk anticipating being hurt. Mara was kind and smooth; she took her time and always checked in to make sure I was feeling good. I’ve already booked my next appointment you should do the same.

Today was my first time with Nataliia since she started working with Liliia, and she was amazing. I absolutely love my pedicure. She really takes her time, and the results are flawless as always.
