I arrived late for my appointment, but the staff at Cosmo Salon and Nail Spa were incredibly accommodating. Although I couldn’t recall the name of the waxer, she was exceptionally skilled, efficient, and thorough. My pain level was practically zero, and I felt completely relaxed throughout the process. She was a perfectionist, ensuring that every hair was removed, leaving me completely satisfied. I highly recommend Cosmo Salon and Nail Spa and will definitely be returning in the future. I had the best first time experience at this salon. Very clean, welcoming, good music and the staff was very friendly. I had Soko do my nails, it was a dip manicure with tips and I paid extra for more than one color. She took her time and delivered an excellent product!
