I received incredible service from Prép and a wonderful lash and brow tint from the lovely Marina — both were amazing as always! However, something in the salon has changed. For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures — they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!

Love this place! Lovely touches such as gummy candy with your tea on a pretty tray. Great colour selection. Lovely staff. Beautiful setting. Super great with kids! I took my 3 year old for her first pedicure and it went well. I recommend.

I had a nail that cracked and they repaired it wonderfully, can't even tell. Slowest pedicure in Vancouver for a reason, they take their time and do a fantastic job. 10/10 would recommend.

My partner and I enjoyed the hospitality and care during our pedicures. We were offered a choice of coffee, tea, or champagne upon arrival. I had shellac polish and my nail technician was very neat and careful with the application. Overall good experience!

Tracy gives an amazing pedicure. All of the staff there are lovely, and this place has the best leg/foot massage I’ve ever had at a nail salon.

It was lovely! The salon was drenched in the autumn sunlight creating a warm and comforting ambiance. And the staff was attentive and welcoming. They helped me choose the perfect colours for my mani and pedicure. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Thoroughly enjoying my experience every time I come in. Helen and the rest of the staff do a tremendous job. My only reason for four stars is because a very personal health issue about my pedicure was discussed in front of other clients in the salon and it was a little embarrassing for me.
