Tianna was very personable and lovely. Initially I wanted the mirror shine nails, but it wouldn’t work with the colour I had chosen so she asked for advice and ended up getting beautiful green Xmas nails done with the magnet method. She clearly works very thoroughly and takes pride in her work.

Brilliant. Saba Ghanaatgar is an excellent manicurist. I can’t recommend her more highly. Saba takes the time to make sure you have the right type of manicure that suits your hands at the time and I always know she will choose the right colour for me even when my description of what I want is not 100% clear. And of course if you have a particular colour in mind and it’s not available she always seems to magic up something comparable. Extremely personable and makes going to have your nails or feet done very relaxing and enjoyable.

First time at the London branch I live near Newbury but will be back next time in town !

Anna is great and knows her feet work . Lucky to have her doing what few do in London for feet.

Cheryl is just the most terrific therapist and I’ve rated her for years as best in SW London.

Azra and her team are fantastic. Hawkins clinic is one of the very best clinics in London and Surrey. Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.

By far the best French Manicure in London! Leanne is so experienced and gave me exactly the nails I wanted 🥰

Excellent pedicure - Sandy was gentle and precise. Asked my preference for shape and length. Questioned if I was happy with colour when she started painting. Took a little longer than I’m used too, but I had the time and it was nice not to be rushed through for the next person. All technicians were busy whilst I was there. It was a child friendly, quiet salon, with nice back ground music and low chatter. I would definitely return next year time I’m in the area.

What a great find, my first visit for pedicure and manicure, and I'll definitely be back. I'm really fussy with my pedicures and often find salons may do a great polish but the actual pedicure part is lacking. Here I had the most fantastic dry pedicure, my feet look like new!

Lovely people, calm & pleasant surroundings and more importantly I’ve had an excellent pedicure and nail polish. Going back on Friday for a manicure.
