The nail tech women are super friendly and pay great attention to details. I love the colour selection and the TPO free Canadian made gel polish!! Plus they now carry the Dazzle Dry brand!!

As always, I experienced Lily & Roo’s fantastic custom service and high quality work. They always ask what shape nail you want, whether you want them cut and, after applying nail polish on one nail, whether you like the colour. It’s impossible to leave this place dissatisfied.

Good with a caveat. All the ladies were very kind, especially Emily. She did a great job. I don’t go often to get my nails done, it’s not a luxury I can indulge often. Was looking forward to a nice relaxing time after a long work week. Sadly my massage chair was broken and there was no option to move. About an hour after leaving, I had assumed my nails would be dry but while playing with my daughter on the ground, both my big toe paint smudged to the point where I had to redo my polish myself at home. A lot of things were out of my control, but was hoping for a bit more for the price I paid.

Got my nails and pedi done yesterday by JOY and I’m seriously so happy with the results 💅✨ Everything was done so cleanly - especially the cuticle care, which was super neat and precise. You can really tell they paid attention to every little detail. The color turned out beautiful and the finish is absolutely perfect! Definitely coming back again :)

They were accommodating and able to fit in same day in the morning. I got the spring break deal for deluxe pedicure for $38 and upgraded to gel for an extra $15. Cherry was attentive with the warmth of the water and rocks, offered water, and let me try a couple colours on my nails before I picked a colour I liked best. Also got to use the massage chair during the pedicure :)

Service was good but very rushed. In past appointments techs sometimes chafe skin when removing polish which is unsafe because they are rushing to meet the time clock. Not their fault as they are not booking the appointments. Need to ensure time scheduling allows for a relaxing experience not a rushed one causing safety risks and unpleasant experience for clients.

My partner and I enjoyed the hospitality and care during our pedicures. We were offered a choice of coffee, tea, or champagne upon arrival. I had shellac polish and my nail technician was very neat and careful with the application. Overall good experience!

It was good. I really liked the hot stone massage. However the advertised price of "34" for deluxe pedicure should mention that is does not include Gel polish as it is misleading and none of the options show the price for a gel pedicure.

Very nicely done, shaping and application of polish for both toes and fingers was excellent. Nice clean and modern environment with good ventilation. Removed one star as I don’t really like the use of the electric dremmel polisher on my nail bed and cuticles as I’m afraid so much of my nail is removed as my nails aren’t that strong. Thanks!

Highly recommend and is my favourite go to spot nail and aesthetics spot in Vancouver’s West End! Cool vibe, friendly, highly skilled and charming staff and a fabulous array of types and colours of polish. Always have the latest new trends!

Excellent. Van Hoang was lovely and gave good suggestions to help me choose a colour and type of polish. My nails look fabulous.

My cousin and I booked an appointment for regular pedicures. Really appreciated the birthday treats during our treatment! Techs did a great job on our pedicure- took their time and color choices are great.

Nail colour was less than what was shown on the sample. Linh did a very nice job of doing the nails.

Had a polish change on fingers and toes. Van did a great job - looks lovely!

Tim was amazing . He found all kinds of problems with my nails done at another salon that were quite thick and pretty ugly ! He re did them suggested the perfect natural colour which I loved and they are very natural looking gel nails that look really good as they are very thin . I’m never going anywhere else again !
