I came here today for the first time to have old BIAB removed and a new set applied. The staff were very welcoming and Lotty did a fantastic job. My natural nails are very weak and brittle and she was very gentle to make sure she didn’t do any more damage and her work looks very clean and natural. She recommended to shape them to complement my hands and I could not be happier! I’m so glad to have found my new nail salon since I recently moved to Melbourne, I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for an infill.

Excellent. Welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Super clean. Amazing pedicure - lovely massage and hot stone treatment. Really thorough - my manicured nails and hands look revived and much neater. Lovely staff who were delightful and good humoured. Highly recommend. One of the nicest nail spas I have visited.. Will definitely return when next in Melbourne.

Great experience! She’s skilled, fast, and very professional. My nails always turn out exactly how I want them, and the quality lasts really well (almost a month for me). By far the best lash extension service I've ever had. Very professional service. The communication was great regarding which style you wanted and they had prepared examples to show you how each style may look against your eye before you chose. Amazing, precise and neat application. Great isolation, great placement, not too much glue used. The retention was amazing. The booking system is great with Khloe. Consistent results each time. Great relaxing space and Khloe is friendly. I have since moved away from Melbourne. Highly recommend
