It’s my second time getting my nails done with Emily and all I can say is that she’s an absolute star! She’s the most talented nail artist I’ve ever had and she’s so quick at it even though we do intricate designs every time! Grace was super friendly, knowledgeable and gentle throughout the whole treatment. I booked in for a Level 3 Facial and at every step she knew exactly what she was doing and answered any questions I had about what was going on. She tailored the treatment throughout to suit my skin needs and recommended products to use afterwards. If you’re looking for a facial in Manchester, Grace is your go-to!! Best IV drip experience. Im scared of needles and can even faint when someone takes my blood, but Joana made everything so quick and comfortable, I barely felt anything. Also the cleanliness in her room is on point, I felt safer in her room than in hospital.

Her passion and talent for what she does shines through every time with how much care she takes and how amazing my results have been every time! I've had chemical peels and microneedling sessions and wow my skin has absolutely transformed! Not only have my breakouts cleared but my skin texture, uneven skin tone and large, congested pores have all reduced massively. I'm so happy to have found such a convenient new doctor-led aesthetics clinic in Manchester city centre. Excellent communication & appointment coordination from Hind, she answered all my questions very promptly and thoroughly. Hind and Dr Ali were both so friendly and welcoming, and accommodating of my requests. I felt in brilliant, skilled hands with Dr Ali. His expert advice and recommendations really reassured me. It can be nerve racking going somewhere new, especially for invasive procedures, but I felt comfortable and was very happy with my treatment.

I recently had a micro-needling facial and wanted to share my experience because I know a lot of people feel a bit nervous about it. Honestly, I was so relaxed during the treatment that I actually kept drifting off to sleep at one point I even startled myself awake because I’d nodded off! That probably says it all. It’s definitely not as scary as it might sound at first. The sensation is very manageable, and the overall experience felt more calming than uncomfortable. Fabulous result. I’ve always wanted to pluck up the courage to have my brows micro bladed and my love daughter bought them for me as a Mother’s Day present. I was very anxious about having my brows microbladding but Stacey put me at ease and the experience was not at all what I’d expected.
