It’s my second time getting my nails done with Emily and all I can say is that she’s an absolute star! She’s the most talented nail artist I’ve ever had and she’s so quick at it even though we do intricate designs every time! Grace was super friendly, knowledgeable and gentle throughout the whole treatment. I booked in for a Level 3 Facial and at every step she knew exactly what she was doing and answered any questions I had about what was going on. Her passion and talent for what she does shines through every time with how much care she takes and how amazing my results have been every time! Excellent communication & appointment coordination from Hind, she answered all my questions very promptly and thoroughly. Hind and Dr Ali were both so friendly and welcoming, and accommodating of my requests. I felt in brilliant, skilled hands with Dr Ali. His expert advice and recommendations really reassured me. I recently had a micro-needling facial and wanted to share my experience because I know a lot of people feel a bit nervous about it. Honestly, I was so relaxed during the treatment that I actually kept drifting off to sleep at one point I even startled myself awake because I’d nodded off! That probably says it all. It’s definitely not as scary as it might sound at first. The sensation is very manageable, and the overall experience felt more calming than uncomfortable. My skin has genuinely improved since having it done, it looks smoother, more refreshed, and my pores appear noticeably smaller

I went for the muscle toning and fat reduction treatment and I couldn’t recommend it enough. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel welcome, the ladies were really friendly and talked me through the treatment, addressing any concerns I had. I expected that the electrical pulses would be painful but I wouldn’t even call it uncomfortable- it’s just a weird sensation (like an extreme version of having a muscle spasm). I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Thriyv or this treatment. I’ll definitely be back!
