Absolutely amazing experience every time. What I love most is how personalised every treatment is — Emily always tailors the facials or massage treatments based on how I’m feeling and how my skin or body is reacting that day. The facials leave my skin glowing, and the massages are incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. She is so knowledgeable, caring, and professional, and you can tell she genuinely wants the best results for her clients. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and looked after. I absolutely loved my experience here! After not being brave enough to attend a hair dressers in 17 years after a bad experience I decided to take the plunge and go to Natalie and I'm so happy I did. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, the salon was calm and quiet. Natalie was an extremely lovely person and it was great to talk to her and get to know her while she also takes the time to get to know you. She helped me with my hair making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend her, I will definitely be going here from now on for my hair.

Mani was absolutely amazing, she made me feel so relaxed. We had a consultation prior to treatment to ask how my skin was and if there’s any areas I would particularly like her to focus on. When carrying out the treatment mani was very professional and explained what she was doing at each interval and why and how it would help my skin. She then completed the treatment and informed myself of the aftercare to ensure I was getting the best result and as she told be to stay hydrated she passed me a nice cold water bottle. I had the micro needling and it was definitely the best treatment,

Been here twice for micro needling had an excellent service both times the lady was very understanding and took it slower as per my request as I was a bit nervous but she made me feel so comfortable really excited for my next session.

Second micro-needling session - I’ve seen the improvements since the first one. Now we’re tackling deeper scarring. It’s all going good. Thanks Sadaf!

As always the service is fantastic I have no complaints about my nails that where done by Megan as professional as ever and highly recommend her to do your nails. Also had Microneedling by Georgia again this was fantastic the salon is so friendly. I highly recommend this Salon nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff.
