First time having micro-needling today, Hannah was fantastic, she made me feel so comfortable as I was slightly nervous, she was really informative and gave me some great advice for my skin I felt so relaxed during my treatment and really enjoyed the whole experience, I’ve already booked my next session and cannot wait, I know the results will be amazing as Hannah really knows her stuff, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin apart from Hannah 😍

I had a course of 8 treatments for laser treatment which has been such a success! Each visit to Kyomi was pleasant, professional and informative. The treatment has worked well for me. The clinic is super clean, refreshing and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the KS Clinic.

Chanel was GREAT!!! She was welcoming, approachable and made the atmosphere very comfortable during the service. I loved how she is confident and loving her job-which made the waxing experience perfect! No doubt she is my new fav waxer in Birmingham🥰 Hundred percent recommend to anyone who wants to have a perfect and hygienic waxer!

Another amazing massage. Tension had built up in my muscles because it had been a bit longer than I’d wanted it to be since my last massage, so it was great to feel the relief again finally. Lilly did a great job and I will definitely take up her recommendation for more regular visits otherwise the tension will only worsen.

I had the 24K Gold Ultimate Winter Deluxe at Seasonal Glo’ and honestly it was the perfect self-care day. Every detail was spot on, the heated bed, the hot stones, the herbal tea, it all helped de-stress me so much. I also had a Hollywood wax, which just made the whole day feel like a proper pamper treat. Charnel is genuinely so attentive and makes me feel like an absolute Queen every single time I go.
