Michaela and Vicky are amazing. Vicky squeezed me in for a quick manicure after my relaxing massage from Michaela. Shame about the reception area as there is now only one chair and as I went with my friend she had to sit on a stool. The waiting area does not reflect the wonderful ambience of the treatment rooms which are find disappointing.

Booked a facial & manicure for my mother. She had an amazing experience. Lovely atmosphere, wonderful attention to detail, brilliant treatments- highly recommended. We'll all be regular clients from now on.

It was absolute bliss . Beautiful facial and manicure ❤️

I met Didi for the first time today and I had my hair cut and a manicure with gel polish. I am so happy I cannot stop smiling! My nails are stunning and it's the best hair cut I've had in a very long time! Didi is lovely, professional and very knowledgeable. The treatments are extremely reasonably priced and the treatment room is welcoming and comfortable. Didi couldnt do enough for me and made sure everything was perfect. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be going back. Thank you so much! Xx

Danielle was amazing, couldn't do enough to put me at ease. Explained exactly what was going to happen and said if I wasn't sure I could cancel. Took about an hour to get the shape and size that was right and she didn't mind stopping and starting again. Perfection comes to mind, once she had almost finished she took photos to ensure that my eyebrows were completely right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her if you are considering having hyper realism eyebrows, I feel like my face is now as it should before age took mine away.

The new scalp treatment was just awesome, talk about all stress and troubles just disappeared. Louise set the scene and it was absolutely relaxation based, and with her magic hands i felt completely refreshed at the end. A fantastic addition to all of the other treatments Butterfly Beauty offers, such a brilliant group of talented ladies, I wouldn't go anywhere else ❤️

I went in with a lot of back pain and tension, and the difference after my massage was incredible. Catherine really listened to my areas of concern and worked carefully on the spots that were causing me the most discomfort. By the end of the session, the pain I’d been dealing with was significantly reduced — honestly the best I’ve felt in a long time.
