Sophie knows exactly what I want. Now got my hair in perfect condition and back to a Bob after painstakingly growing out a short cut. My nails look absolutely stunning and Sophie is so lovely and welcoming! I mentioned my nail beds are quite weak and can hurt when using the drill and she took extra care making sure there was no discomfort. 10000% coming back!
