I was early today. Elise arrived and being herself apologised as I was there few minutes earlier, told her not to worry. Coffee was perfect. Pedicure, paint and eyebrows waxed top class, I ended up nodding off. Totally trust Elise, she’s very professional, friendly and makes me laugh even though I noticed she was interrupted by the boss - bless Elise if only they could clone her. Anyhow she deserves a nice bonus or at least a nice bunch of flowers for all her hard work. See you soon lovely x

Grace is so friendly and patient and makes you feel relaxed. As always Flique is just a lovely setting where you don’t feel ‘judged’ or ‘rushed’ like other salons. On top of that, the decor is a chocolate dream 🤩

I came to Kiki’s after getting BIAB at a different salon. Thank goodness for Grace. I explained how my nails were feeling so weak after being over filed with an electric file. She reassured me and got a new set done and she answered my questions about care etc. This time my BIAB looked great, and loved the colour. So I came back today for my infills and again Grace was fab. Great work and lovely conversation. Will be coming back to Kiki’s from now on 😀

Such a wonderful relaxing experience having a manicure and pedicure today with Jowita. Im attending a wedding and wanted a classy demure look. Jowita listened so closely to what I wanted and I am over the moo.n with the beautiful finish on my nails. A beautiful salon, light , clean and welcoming, I felt so comfortable and looked after. Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!
