I booked an impromptu 2.5 hours worth of treatments just 3 hours before the appointment time and had a wonderful evening being pampered. Cansel was a delight, chatty and interesting while having my nails done, then quiet and peaceful for relaxation when having my massage, the perfect balance. Cansel checked in with me regularly to check I was happy with colour of nail varnish, pressure of massage, shape of brows etc. she was very caring to ensure I was satisfied at every stage. She also saved me some money and booked one of my treatments under an offer they had for cheaper! Thank you so much x

Had a cut with Gary this week. First time with Gary, first time at Boiler house. Been to many places around Newcastle before but this was easily the best cut I have had. Gary perfectly delivered the exact style I was after, and with some great chat and a beer to top it off. Would highly recommend and fully intend to return for my upkeep.

I’ve been going here for a year now and I’m really delighted with the results. Gabbi is a fantastic colorist who believes in less is more, doesn’t fry my hair with a heat lamp and does highlights that blend so well I only need to go every three months. Nina cuts it and it keeps the shape really nicely. Highly recommended and good value for money.

I love my new autumnal nails! Amy was helpful and really patient whilst I was picking a gel colour. She was detailed with the shape of my nails, added lots of layers to make the gel strong and gave me a hand massage afterwards! Thank you 😊
