Her soft demeanour in how she spoke, explained the process to me and throughout the service did keep the flow based on how my interest. My 1st time here and now my favourite nail SPA in Birmingham and certainly will be my resident nail Spa. Love how my Japanese treatment turned out. Love my nails and now to a healthy journey.

I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

I got a French manicure today and decided to go for green. Let’s try something different :) Negar did a fantastic job. Love the precision of the French shape and how fast Negar works. I also had a lovely chat about the salon’s services and there’s nothing they can’t do. Can only recommend this gorgeous and friendly salon.

I’ve been having my nail done here for a while and after I tried another master, work was done ok. Gel itself is good, shape etc too but cuticle this time was done very badly. After my nails grew a bit it looks like someone was biting cuticle instead of cutting it

Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

Ive been going to Roksana for a while now and i always look forward to my nail appointments with her! Ive tried numerous nail techs over the years and she is one of the best at cuticle work imo. She is passionate about what she does and always tries to think outside the box and for solutions 🙏. Vicky is a brilliant nail technician, I had extensions done almost 3 weeks ago for my holiday and they still looked amazing at the end. She removed them for me and gave me a lovely manicure as my own nails had grown so well. Vicky is easy to talk to and knows her trade really well.
