Her soft demeanour in how she spoke, explained the process to me and throughout the service did keep the flow based on how my interest. I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. I’ve been having my nail done here for a while and after I tried another master, work was done ok. Gel itself is good, shape etc too but cuticle this time was done very badly. After my nails grew a bit it looks like someone was biting cuticle instead of cutting it

Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

First for a Japanese manicure, nails looking clean and polished using natural ingredients. The beeswax and oil hand massage was very soothing. The salon is like no other salon, very elegant and relaxing. Thank you ladies next one is the pedicure 😉

Another gorgeous experience at Leila’s! Her new studio is so lovely and the aircon unit was much appreciated today! As was the drink with ice - she really goes out of her way to make her customers feel comfortable and looked after. And of course it goes without saying that I love my nails! I had Leila's signature pedicure & it was really good. Really enjoyed every element - the foot soak, pedicure, exfoliation & the cream with the heated booties is a lovely way to finish. Leila is excellent at what she does, I feel so comfortable with her & she's so warm & friendly and her manicures & pedicures are high quality.

Vicky is a brilliant nail technician, I had extensions done almost 3 weeks ago for my holiday and they still looked amazing at the end. She removed them for me and gave me a lovely manicure as my own nails had grown so well. Vicky is easy to talk to and knows her trade really well. I would not hesitate to recommend her - you won’t be disappointed!
