Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I’ve been to multiple places in Plymouth to get my acrylics done and usually always left a little disappointed by the result. I left my appointment today with the best nails I’ve ever had! I love them so much! By far the best salon in Plymouth :)

I was a tourist visiting Plymouth for a couple of weeks, and Nancy and the team couldn’t have been friendlier. Nancy also does a great job with eyelash extensions. Very excellent Salon!

Sandra was very professional and friendly. As a person which barely use any makeup she managed to do lovely evening glam makeup which didn't felt too heavy on my face. 100% recommend and will definitely use her again.

Rob cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the result. He is friendly, funny, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I couldn't be happier and won't be going to anyone else again. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with my first experience of having moles removed. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Shannon made me feel completely relaxed. Will be returning soon for the removal of skin tags. Thoroughly recommend Flow Aesthetics, Plymouth.

Louise is very lovely and professional and explains treatments to you without being a complicated description by technology garb. This salon is so lovely with such great friendly staff, who recognise you when you arrive and make you feel welcome. I have my nails done here and have had other treatments done, I love this salon. So glad I found this salon after my ex nail tech stopped doing nails, I now have them done by the lovely Dawn. A lovely local beauty therapy salon, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now xx
