She takes the time to understand what look you want to achieve, what the occasion is, and also examines your lash condition thoroughly. The results are incredible - elegant, natural, long-lasting with an effortless finish. I try to book a few sessions in advance as Yuki gets booked up very quickly! Couldn't recommend Caterpillar + Ink highly enough, whether it's a wedding, gala, holiday or just your everyday look!

Izabella is incredibly talented and truly gifted at what she does. Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Took my little boy for his second haircut at Cool Cuts and honestly it was such a lovely experience despite him hating haircuts 😅 He cried pretty much the whole time, but Chrissy was absolutely amazing. She took the time to talk through all of my concerns and the treatment felt very holistic. I was extremely stuffed up coming into the appointment with fall allergies and the 60 minute session did wonders - seriously felt like I had just done a sinus flush.
