The best place in London for eyelash extensions! I've been coming to Yuki since 2022 and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She takes the time to understand what look you want to achieve, what the occasion is, and also examines your lash condition thoroughly. The results are incredible - elegant, natural, long-lasting with an effortless finish. I try to book a few sessions in advance as Yuki gets booked up very quickly! Couldn't recommend Caterpillar + Ink highly enough, whether it's a wedding, gala, holiday or just your everyday look!

Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

The best haircut of my life. Absolutely brilliant. The salon itself is 5-star in terms of cleanliness, modern equipment, and an extremely high level of customer service. I had my haircut done by Svetlana Liuba, who is the most professional hairstylist I have ever met in London.

I love my favorite beauty salon in London! The service is amazing, and the specialists are top-notch. I’ve had hair coloring, hair removal, and facial treatments, including IPL laser for pigmentation, which worked wonders. I was so pleased to discover Dima Beautiful after a friend's recommendation. It's a lovely salon, with such nice and welcoming staff. I had a pedi and mani, both of which were delivered with real care and attention - please open a branch in Birmingham so that I can become a regular! If not, I'll be back when I'm next in London.

I am so glad I found Nikki – she is brilliant. Nikki has done my makeup a few times now, and every time I have been happy with how it turned out. I felt great about how I looked and got a lot of compliments. The way Nikki does the 'natural makeup' style is great: she brings out my features nicely without making it look too much. My skin looks flawless, and she covers any little imperfections while keeping everything fresh and glowing. If you want a talented makeup artist who really cares about her clients, I honestly could not recommend Nikki enough.

Holly's facials are so bespoke and nurturing. She really cares about you, not just your skin. I've had a few now and I've noticed such a difference. My skin looks brighter, clearer and softer. I feel more confident now not wearing make-up. I love the added touch with the sound healing to get me into that deeper state of relaxation. Pure bliss! Ash was great — I came for a BIAB manicure and pedicure, and somehow managed to convince my husband to have his first ever Russian manicure and pedicure too. He came in stressed, slightly suspicious, and only doing it to make me happy… but left looking like a polished gentleman. 😂 Honestly, men deserve nice hands and feet too — no stigma, just self-care! We both loved the service, the attention to detail was brilliant, and we’ll definitely be back

Loved every minute of this dreamy experience, the space is so stunning and Lola was extremely attentive and caring throughout.
