I had my eye lash extension , brow tinting and shaping by the very owner Nilima. Where do I begin with. First of all the place has got a nice tidy vibe. The staff is extremely well behaved. Nilima is the real boss lady with full of positive energy. Shes very gentle in client handling. She strived for him satisfaction. And I extremely loved talking to him during the services. I felt feeling very happy and truly pampered. I think I will be coming here very often now🙂 best wishes to Nilima and team for the nice job they have put in to make this place stand out.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Chanel was GREAT!!! She was welcoming, approachable and made the atmosphere very comfortable during the service. I wanted to wait till my 3rd session to leave a realistic review and I would like to say thank you to the amazing and helpful team at SwissLaser. The girls were lovely and followed up on every query I had after every session. My hair is literally non existent other than a small patch on my leg but I’m sure that will go over my next few sessions! Thank you for everything swisslaser! I didn’t think I’d be able to afford laser hair removal but you really did make it make it possible for me. ☺️

I did not believe it would be possible to feel comfortable whilst someone was all up in your private areas inflicting pain.. but absolutely expertly achieved by the beauticia Charnel. If I ever want a designer vagina again.. I will definitely return. Thank you x

Neelam did an amazing job with my daughter’s haircut. She was patient, gentle, and really took the time to make sure my daughter felt comfortable throughout. The cut looks lovely. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. Highly recommend!

Honestly the practitioner Safa is soo lovely and makes you feel so comfortable. The laser itself it’s absolutely pain free unlike the experience I’ve had at other laser places where the pain was unbearable. So affordable and up to high standards. Would honestly recommend to book in your patch test and start your laser journey immediately.

Best facials we’ve ever had! We booked the double facial for a girly treat, it was nice to have the facials at the same time. Lovely quiet and calm studio, both therapists really paid attention to our skins’ needs and provided a fantastic facial which included electronic equipment, LED light therapy and a scalp neck and shoulder massage. We felt younger as soon as we walked out! We booked this just for a one-off treat as we were in the area, but we will definitely be looking to make this a more regular treat as this was the best facial we’ve had!! Thank you so much!
