Wonderful experience for my first time getting lash extensions. Jodi talked me through the lash options to make sure I was certain on my choice. She updated me on what she was doing throughout and gave great instruction. She's so lovely and had a nice chat and gave me after care tools and information. Will definitely be back and 100% recommend!

Everything was absolutely enjoyable and perfect. After reading the reviews and checking their products, services and facilities out online, I was even more impressed with the amount of care they put in the smallest detail to make you feel welcomed ☺️ With a friendly and professional attitude, I was really comfortable. From start to finish such a relaxing and well thought out experience. Sumaiya was friendly and calm, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. My skin feels so good now. Aboustly happy everytime , I go in the sun on Hoilday, swim in the pool and the sea, I wash my hair in the shower and my lashes are still attached, always look natural, when they are ready to come off they naturally fall off, leaving my own lashes on, very comfortable place, lovely biscuits and tea , won’t go anywhere else,

I am always so impressed with my nails after I have been to see Negar. You can see that she loves what she does because she always takes such care and her attention to detail is insane. She always listens to what I want and nothing is too much trouble. I love the new beauty room. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for perfect nails. The service is excellent

Velour nails and beauty is a calming, tranquil place, Negar makes you very welcome, offering refreshments and little treats. She is very professional, taking care of every detail of your nail experience. Velour nails and beauty is situated in a beautiful building and there is parking near by. I’m going to book beauty services next . Negar has been my nail technician for two years now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’d recommend a visit. 💅🏻😊 xx

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I wanted to wait till my 3rd session to leave a realistic review and I would like to say thank you to the amazing and helpful team at SwissLaser. The girls were lovely and followed up on every query I had after every session. My hair is literally non existent other than a small patch on my leg but I’m sure that will go over my next few sessions! Thank you for everything swisslaser! I didn’t think I’d be able to afford laser hair removal but you really did make it make it possible for me. ☺️

Honestly the practitioner Safa is soo lovely and makes you feel so comfortable. The laser itself it’s absolutely pain free unlike the experience I’ve had at other laser places where the pain was unbearable. So affordable and up to high standards. Would honestly recommend to book in your patch test and start your laser journey immediately.

Yesterday was my last laser session with practitioner Safa and honestly, I could not be happier with the results. Safa has been extremely accommodating and caring throughout the whole process. Any questions I had she answered within minutes on whatsapp or in person. She eased all my concerns and doubts about the laser treatment in itself. I genuinely believe she provided an excellent service even her attention to detail was immaculate. I could not recommend her more!!!
