Fantastic service from Cat. She was so patient doing up my brow outline. She patiently gets me to walk around, look are diferent angels, mirrors, lights just so to get the correct brow shape that I like. As this is my 1st time getting my brows done, and she mades all our my fears and anxiety gone... The result is exactly what I wanted. Good job Cat. Many thanks.

I actually really love their work! Elle was super attentive and careful, catering to my preferences and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I like to switch up and try new places for lash and brow maintenance, but now I think I have found my all-time favourite :) I'd like to say this is my first time trying brow bleach instead of waxing, and I recommend those with sensitive skin to be a bit mindful or it can irritate your skin for some time!!

Great service! Bons was really warm, thorough with explaining the procedure, makes me feel at ease. She was also attentive to see when you're in discomfort during the procedure and would make sure you're comfortable. She is also meticulous with her work which is commendable.

The setting at Browserie is classy and comfortable and you feel at ease the moment you walk in. Andrea and her colleagues are always very welcoming. Bonita was my artist and was very pleasant and helpful as always. She patiently addressed and answered all my concerns and questions. She is also very meticulous and professional in her work and handling of clients. I highly recommend her!

(Glow combo = lash lift + brow bleach + brow lamination) for someone whos always insecure about my brows, Elle did a wonderful job to soften out my brows but just enough to make em pop! love the result so much. Lymphatic Signature Trio with Ritchel Had a relaxing lymphatic massage with therapist Ritchel fell asleep throughout the session also they explain everything what you needed to know about it before & after the session they're all quite friendly as well & Amanda being very helpful, thank you so much. I never experience that kind of treatment at any other spa before. Definitely will come back.
